If you start a test but need to cancel it for some reason before you get adequate data, just let us know and we'll refund you.
Our '3 Test Profit Guarantee' means that we're so confident that you'll discover money left on the table from using our service that, if 3 tests don’t uncover a more profitable price, we refund those tests in full.

We use Stripe as a payment processor for secure payments. Which are made after test creation to start the test.
You can extend an active test or a finished one within 48 hours of the results being published. It costs $8 per week of extension.
